I don't have the strength or the money to stay on the phone to Vodacom's call centre every month to rectify another problem. I don't want to speak to consultants who pass the buck, and I don't want to be a Vodacom customer anymore. If it is not money illegally deducted from my account, its misinformation given by consultant #1, and blamed by consultant #2, or a blocked contract without notice or a change in contract without being warned or informed.

I don't want to speak to any of your employees anymore... please just fix the problem. My BIS on my blackberry is stuck (again) after the end of the month. (Again!) Yes I know you changed the contract to a special of R14 for the BIS for the first three months of my contract, and thereafter charge R59 but no one informed me about this.

Yes last month we went through this as well, and you appologised as on my contract it states that I am paying R14 for 24 months for my BIS. I can not wait to finish this contract from which has been going on for ever, but legally I am still your client and legally you are still my service provider. So don't phone me... just fix it!
