I upgrade from a blackberry 100 contract to a smart standard229 contract in February 2013. This is a Samsung contract. Vodacom kept charging me for the BIS service even when they know it is not a bb contractor anymore. Also you receive 150mb and 150 sms every month with this contract. They charge me for data usage and sms's send even though I only used 129mb and send 70 sms's. The in store lady was not helpful and said I should phone 08211 for help. After explaining and holding on forever, the lady on the phone told me that her supervisor said that I was out of bundle even though she can also see on her system that I did no go ever the limit. Looking at my current bill for this month, Vodacom is again busy charging me for the BIS service and data/sms usage will I am well below my limit for this month. They must correct this and refund me my money paid for there errors or cancel my contract. I do not want them telling me every time that it is my problem. They are responsible for changing the contract on the system when upgrading, NOT the client, so how can they not see this?

This is my second report - NO FEEDBACK FROM THE PEOPLE AT VODACOM! DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER
