I'm on a top up 400, but the last 3 months my account was around a R1000.00 a month, so last month I took it up with Vodacom, and the response was oh no sir you are not a top up any more, you are on a different contract now (cant remember what the name is) but ja, no one phoned me or nothing to ask if they can change my contract, so I ask them in store so when did "I" changed my contract and how, oh no they cant see we must phone the service provider, so I went to a vodashop again and a very kind guy phone the service provider and asked them about the story. a few days later we got a sms from Vodacom saying your account will changed back from the first of next month, that means im still going to pay that large amount this month . how could that be that Vodacom cant give an answer how this contract changed with out me knowing.
this is unacceptable
