My 20GB data disappeared overnight

Last night my previous 20GB bundle expired, and i bought a new 20GB @ R499 and got this message.
Receive: You have 20.06 GB available on your MyGig20 promo bundle until 31/05/2013.
I checked at startup this morning and saw everything was gone, and this was the balance.
Receive: You have .00MB available on your MyGig20 promo bundle until 31/05/2013
I've tried the whole day to get an answer from the reps on the MyAdsl forum, from customer support as well as twitter but with no success. The twitter rep did not tell me what the problem is about, also the email received from [Email Removed] did not solve my problem after i've sent them the info they wanted.
Now what more can i do to get an answer about what happened to my data. If i loose this R499 i will contact the CPA regarding this problem.
