WRONG SIM SENT FOR NEW DEVICE

Did online application 17/04/13 for Vodacom contract. Was approved. Specified, BEFORE contract is finalized, must check available stock of MINI Ipad - i DID NOT want contract if i had to wait for stock. Never phoned me back. I phoned 3 times - no success. Eventually spoke to Mandla on 23/04/13 and he assisted - he was fantastic - it was delivered in 24 hrs! but NO sim card was sent - so got hold of them again and advised. 3 attempts later I got hold of Titus (online help) who arranged delivery for me (one more week gone...). So i get the sim card 02/05/13 but its wrong - Sent a micro sim instead of a NANO sim. contacted them and was advised that they dont dispatch NANO sims from warehouse, i must go to Vodacom store and they will assist with new NANO sim. I live an hours drive away from a Vodacom store. How can they dispatch a sim intentionally knowing its the wrong one?!? They said sorry but there is nothing else they can do i have to go to a vodacom store - no effort made to try and assist considering my location. Now i am going to be paying for something i cant even use - and its their up! and no attempt even made to try and assist?!?! What must i do now?
