Absolutely disgraceful service

I noticed at 02h00 on the 7th May that I have no data service available on my modem, after having recharged with a 20Gb promotional bundle on the 30/04 .
I thought that quite strange and contacted Vodacom (111) to identify where the data went. They had "system problems" and could not log a call apparently, nor give me a reference number, but promised they will get back in the morning to me. Never happened.
Bought airtime of R550 and went back to sleep. Got up later to see that I have no data nor airtime left. Phoned Vodacom again and was told that my latest recharge was consumed at R2/Mb because it was out of bundle rates (after my bundle magically disappeared). This made me of course mad as, and I logged the call on the previously "lost" 20Gb (reference S3TP72KKA12F) and was sent an SMS late the day to apologise for prematurely terminating my bundle and they re-credited my account with 6.x Gb, but not the R500 airtime that was consumed when my bundle was incorrectly shown as depleted. I bought another bundle of 20Gb at the same time, and started monitoring my data usage closely. Tonight my data balance again shows only 6Gb left, whilst I have only consumed 3.85Gb of 26G
