Good day
i want to highlight the unwillingness of a certain credit controller in assisting me with a problem i had, because of my mistake i made in December getting my bill at a level i could not manage i had problems with payments but always tried to make an arrangement with mtn to pay a certain amount this went well but my bill is still in arrears which i do not dispute, on the 25 of last month i called mtn to again make and arrangement as i was cash strapped the lady told me i can only do it after making a payment which i did i was unable to contact them and could not do it, on Monday the 29 i received a call from the Mrs/miss Matotzi at which point i could not talk to her as i had to go out to an emergency, i asked that she should contact me at 2pm she said that they will be blocking my fone at which i told her i need it for work, she blocked out going calls when i called their call centre who said they can not unblock it as she gave for them not to do so, i asked for her to please call me she has not called up till today after i have called every day to get her to call me, this is unacceptable as she is showing that she will not talk to me, please can you resolve this for me
