Had such high hopes for Neotel, finally a company that had great potential to put Telkom to shame, connection service was good to start off with, pricing fair but customer care deteriorated through the months.

When I signed up over 2 years ago, Neotel were eager to help. A year later I moved to an area that had poor reception. After trying to help but failing, they stalled everytime & every 2nd or 3rd month my email password would be reset for no reason & the blame placed on me. I eventually decided not to renew my contract after the 24.I sent notice of which they acknowledged receipt stating somebody would contact me concerning my cancellation, to this date nobody has. I spent a small fortune on stop payments due Neotel trying to debit amounts that never reflected on any statement especially not receiving any statement since I cancelled. I was contacted by their legal team, where proof of all my communication was sent, no response & they still trying to debit. Instead of contacting me, they send sms's threatening. Now they want to blacklist me, with no communication. Utterly disgraceful is it because I'm disabled & they trying to pull a fast one? Somebody in Neotel isn't communicating well..
