Discovery Card
No point of making repayment arrangement with FNB

My Credit card is in two months arrears, I called in to make an arrangement and was advised to pay R2300 i paid R2500 into the account. I was still sent numerous sms's and R900 was force debited from my account despite making the arrangement. I called back into the call centre-I was then advised the previous lady made a mistake in the claculation and i would need to pay R4600 as from April which i agreed to. She advised that the R900 would be reversed. This had not been done and i called to follow up this morning and was advised it would not be refunded. I have since been contacted by MUSA for my card to be collected and destroyed even though my account is not in legal. No official notifiction has been recieved from FNB with this regard. he just called me from his cell phone and asked for my cards.
