Bad Attitude and No Feedback given on complaint

On 11/10/2014 i received a call from a home choice consultant who wanted to make an arrangement with me to pay my October premium and an arrears of R74 from the previous month (The arrears which i made arrangement with her that i will pay on Monday 14/10/14). I then enquired with her since when do we make payment arrangement for a month on the 11nth of the month, she said its the system. I then asked her what did the system say and she got offended and started ignoring my questions, screamed at me and eventually hang up whilst i was still talking to her. I am very aggrieved as i have been a customer of Home choice for years and no one has ever spoken to me like this. I then called the homechoice contact centre to lodge my complaint and i was then transferred to a team leader who gave me her name as Ogida/ Yogida. I then related my story to her and she assured me that she will get back to me before close of business with some feedback on this issue. No feedback received to date. I then called the same number again and enquired on the feedback of my complaint and i spoke to an agent named Shane who said that there is nothing on the system logged about a complaint.
