Inexcusable excuse for customer service

1). I have reported the lack of signal in my area several times only to be called by customer service on a public holiday, who then didn't bother to call again. The signal on my data dongle and phone permanently say "no service' and yet I am expected to pay a subscription for this service!
2). In addition, I keep receiving automated text messages to say my data bundle has expired when I have 85MBs remining! What a ridiculous system.
3). SInce my Blackberry contract officially ended on 31st March I expect the BIS service for R59 to be cancelled and to not appear on this month's bill. Confirm that this has been done.

I have supplied my work contact number and I expect this to be utilised when contacting me (and not over weekends or public holidays). I expect a reponse to all three of these issues by close of business Monday 6th May, failing which I will lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Council
