Appalling Follow up Service to Query!

My blackberry that I pay an insurance for each month was liquid damaged on the 2 April 2013. I went into the mtn Umghlanga store that Sunday the 7th April and filled out an insurance claim form with mtn to forward to 24 hr Mobility as they said that they would not be able to take in my handset. A week later (14 April 2013) I had not received any feedback and called mtn and 24 hour mobility only to hear that they had not yet received the claim. Once again, I mailed it to the cosultant Yvonne at mtn. Thereafter, a week after (22 April 2013) after getting no response from either mtn or 24 hour mobility, I called Deirdre of 24 hour mobility. Waited 36 mins to finally hear that they had STILL not received my claim! so, once again, while Deirdre waited online, I emailed her the claim form.
To this day, I have yet to hear from either companies and I am STILL in possession of my damaged blackberry!
Absolutely appalled with the service I have received, considering that I'v been a customer of mtn for the past 14 years AND I pay a cell phone insurance every month in case of water damage or!!! Would appreciate any assistance I can get.
