Bad Reception no signal VODACOM

Hi Guys, there was a complaint about this way back in March in My area, I am not even 400 meters from the Cell Tower. and I get no reception, dropped calls. I have a Contract for My Tablet, and there is no point trying to use the 3G or Data connection because it doesn't get a signal or drops the line. Samsung Smartphone ain't so smart when the Data doesn't work, and what's the point of having Data bundle if it expires, I definitely would use more than 100mb a month on 3G if it was able to use it. Other other day I drove from here to Parow and got no 3G at all, so GPS did work

Come on this is really getting ridiculous, either you capacity is not upto the job or something is wrong
