Ungraded to BB Z10 on 4 March 2013, first 1 from branch, for R 358p.m.x24month, with unlimited BBM, 10sms, and 350MBdata since Z10 doesn't work with BIS.Branch notifies me that contact will only be active from 1 April, bit but ok. On 1 April check my bundles info, c that only got 100MB instead of 350MB, check my invoice & see that I am still being charged for BIS & invoice comes to R427 rather that R358. Contacted call centre, logged query. Call centre staff phone me back & informs me that contact on came with 100M, send them picture of pamphlet with ad of my contact. Team Leader Sheldon says will rectify. On 1 May 13, Nicolas phones & says go to branch they will resolve. I go to Clearwater yesterday, no1 able to assist, call centre recommends open another case & come back 2morrow. Went back today no result. Store manager escalates to area manager. Advised that awaiting resolution from billing dep. In interim went to store 3 times to try to resolve issues with phone unable to receive BB's but told to send phone for repairs & wait 2 weeks for repair even though faulty from day 1.Very disappointing since I have been a client for 3 years. Biggest mistake changnd from MTN. MTN here I come!
