I am really unhappy with vodacoms service. I cancelled my contract with them earlier because I do not want any contracts with their company. I even received an sms confirming the contract has been cancelled and on the 02nd May 2013 they debited my account with R308! I am off and yesterday I have been trying to get through to their 082 1958 number but I was on hold for literally a half an hour!
I want my money back, I want the debit order cancelled!
