Good Day
I have been calling Telkom's call centre every week since 17 April 2013 to cancel my ADSL Line but nothing has been done to date!!! the lady that assisted at the call centre told me an agent will call but the day when she called I was driving and she assured me she will call back but has never did!
I called the call centre again (waited 20 minutes on line) yet again the lady said an agent will call me the same day but no one has called!
I am so frustrated and upset that it's taking so long get my requested sorted out!
