After numerous instructions to Cell C to cancell the debit order on my account, they still continue to do so. When I gave notice YET AGAIN, a month ago, I was told that they can ONLY do it on the 29th of the month, so I must call back. Seemed stranged... surely they can put an instruction on their system??? I did so anyway and was told that it was finally done and that all was in order. Does their word or a persons instructions mean anything???!!! Days later I find that they debited my account yet again anyway, just a few days after my telecom instruction. Their calls are recorded, yet they still begile people?! Odd!!! Or inefficient!? What language should one have to speak in order to get results? Feels like daylight! IT IS ILLEGAL TO DEBIT PEOPLE'S BANK ACCOUNTS WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT!!! I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS REQUESTS, NOW INTEND TO TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER. FEELS LIKE I AM BEING BADGERED...
