Cancellation request not adhered to as promised

At the beginning of Jan 2013 I called to cancel the two contracts I have, being 0741820458 and 0741579029, and was informed that the this would be done. During March I called again as the contract premiums were still being deducted. Once again I was assured that the cancellation and refund would be done. At the end of April it is still being deducted. I now demand an immediate cancellation and full refund.
