Hi my name is Janice Mosavel i have been contacted in 26 February 2013 by a call centre agent explaining to me about the GET IT Rewards and he explained in the call that the first month will be for free on a trial basis and i will not be charged for it, I then decided to cancel this Get it Rewards towards the end March 2013 i was told that the cancellation will be processed. Again i was called to confirm why i cancelled and i explained that the product is not working for me. Today again i was called to ask why i want to cancel and i explained to the Senior agent that i did cancel this thing, why is it not cancelled he said according to him i called to request a cancellation. So what the is the difference between requesting to cancel the product and cancelling the thing? i dont want Get it at all they deducted R78 for February which the agent told me was for free for the first month and within the first month i realised i dont want it and i cancelled they deducted again in March R39, April R39 and now again in May i am owing them R39. the agent that called me said he can see that i want to cancel but he does not process the cancellation i want all my money back from Feb-Apr 2013
