CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Have been trying since 8th April to cancel contract - which expired on 15th May, was told that I would still be billed for two months being 1st June and 1st July, which was acceptable to me. On 1st August I was billed again and on 8th August I phoned in once more to enquire why I was billed again and was told that the contract had been closed and converted to pre-paid and that a query was logged with accounts to refund me the R99.99 debit order. I have waited all of August hence no refund - on 1st September my bank account was debited with another R99.00. I have once again phoned today and would please like to know if I am going to be paying R99.00 for a lifetime for whether the problem can be sorted and I may be re-imbursed my two times R99.00 with immediate effect. I have numerous ref nos. pertaining to the cancellation and the queries the first was Ref: 46759409 for the cancellation, the Ref: 4063 on 8th Sept for first refund and Ref: 1937044 for todays call.
The service has been most unprofessional and I would never consider having any other contracts with Virgin Mobile in the future.
