Cell C
No statements since December 2012

I have told told Cell c via email, telephonically and Facebook that i have not been receiving statements. Its only when i requested them last year did i receive same via post. I have advised Cell C that i do not wish to receive statements via email because i am not always to able to view the statements and i wish my statements to be POSTED. i was advised on Facebook that Ruth would call me and she did i was asked for temp email address which i provided only to find that the address on the email statement was incorrect i have no idea who's address that it. Ruth did tell me that they have amended the address and i would receive my statement it is now end of April and still nothing. Another excuse i was give was that the post office was on strike which i refuse to believe as my husband who is also a cell customer receives all his statements promptly at our residential address. This has been going on for months on end now with joy from Cell c im not sure if this major task of POSTING MY STATEMENTS ares too much for Cell c to handle. Please assist im at wits end now.
