NO RESPONSE AFTER 1ST COMPLAINT WITH HELLOPETER

We submitted a complaint to Hellopeter.com on the 07th June 2013 whereby we received a response back on the 8th June 2014, on the said website from Vodacom confirming that someone will be in contact with us. we then received a email on the 9 June 2014 from a Mr Moenier De Vries, which contained the following reference: PC-ZHWJ-3P4WF1 (1109531) - hellopeter posting, he also asked us to forward the relevant information to him, which we did on the 10th and again on the 11th, we contacted Vodacom, no one new who Mr De Vries was, and according to the reference number this case was closed by Vodacom, but we have not received any correspondence regarding this from Vodacom, we have requested feedback from Mr De Vries on the 20th and the 26th again, we have now also forwarded our complain to Vodacom customer Care email, PLEASE could someone contact us in this regards! we need to sort this matter out, we will now have no alternative but to lodge a formal complain with the Consumer Council and the Financial Service Board, seeing that this is an insurance Related Matter.
