Since October 2013 I have been on the line with Vodacom customer care / complaints but as it is today I have received no joy. My fiance has been billed R 30 000 for data usage which is highly impossible for a person who was born before technology to use so much data in a period of a month and a half. U have been sent Back And forth to voda care shops, have logged queries that had 14 working days turnaround time, queries were closed before the matter was resolved. This matter has dragged on so long that my fiance s phone has been soft locked but recently hard locked. Vodacom has still not come to the party. They still have not told me what is happening on the account. After numerous attempts I am still disappointed with the service vodacom is giving to its red vip customers. I have taken up the matter with Icasa and 2 was told of a 14 day turnaround time also. It is now way past that time and still no joy. Thanks to vodacom we had a black Christmas.
