Vodacom rip-off!!!

For 2 years I logged complaints to Vodacom about a data account charge dispute on 2 Vodaphones, but was informed that there was "no error on billing and also due to your husband being unavailable to receive feedback"!!! He is the main account holder so do they not have his cell phone number to contact him???
Now, after months and months of endeavor on my part, Vodacom admits that I was correct about being overcharged because my phones were definitely on 'top-up' packages with a fixed charge rate per month. But they tell me that there is nothing that can be done because "we would only be able to consider the details up to 12 months ago"!!! So Vodacom has now eventually admitted its errors but rectification/reimbursement cannot be considered because it is now too late for my complaint to be considered - yet I have all reference numbers for my original complaints which were erroneously rejected. Vodacom owes us more than R30 000 that it out of our bank account!!!
