Request for termination of contract on 21/04/2013 was done
after due cancellation notice was given and confirmed on 11/02/2013. Request was made for migration/porting of my business telephone number 0828767069 to 8ta as of cancellation date. 8ta contract was approved on 23/04/2013. I need this number for business usage and cannot afford no service in the meantime. Up to today I have had numerous promises from the following people including the names above: Dina, Mabel, Henry and Violet. All requests as being advised was met including extra payment whilst the service was supposed to be cancelled and number transferred. I have explored all options but still cannot believe this is the customer service after 1 3 years with Autopage. I am already paying at 8ta for a service I cannot use as the number has not being transferred! Please assist as I will never refer anyone to Autopage ever again. Help my business is badly affected by incompetence of supplier.
