2 Months ago, after my contract on my phone, 0836614429, expired with autopage, I ported to MTN. I was, to say the least, a huge battle getting the porting done. Eventually 3 weeks later and my wife whose number this is was finally ported to MTN with the hickup at Autpoage as they were stalling the process.

Now 2 months later we are still getting billed for a phone number that has been ported AWAY from Autopage due to reasons such as bad client care.

How can you port a number and when you phone and query this the answer is there was no cancellation request. I cannot remember how many times we phoned during the porting process to hear that the cancellation request was in place but the problem is somewhere else in the system!!

Please Autopage cancel this number and return the money you " ". Get it off your system!
