Contract cancelled

15 May 2013: I cancelled my contract one year into the contract, as I couldnt get rid of a caller who would call and sms me day and night. I even went to the police station to report the number, but couldnt block the number.

21 May 2013:I then decided to keep the contract as I didnt want to lose my cell number. I confirmed the continuation of my contract and was promised by the staff at autopage that my contract would continue. I even received an sms to confirm that my contract would not be cancelled.
31 May 2013: My contract was cancelled and my cell phone number was disconnected. I have been trying for the past week to get my number back - even on pre-paid, but no-one at Altech Auto page seems to be able to assist.
03 June 2013 I have been to their branch in Eastgate - they couldnt help me.
05 June 2013: I then went to their branch at Carnval Mall. They assured me that I would be reconnected within 24 hours.
I have now given up and have bought myself prepaid from Pep stores.
I have been with Altech Autopage for the last 10 years and have had the same cell phone number for the same amount of years. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Altech Autopage.
