Migration not possible due to systems being down

I called in to Vodacom to do a migration and was told that the system is down and they cannit help me. I called in later and this time the supervisor told me that even if the system was working i could not be helped as migrations are not done on the last day of the month. Now i am forced to stay for another month on this price plan. I have 3 contracts with vodacom and with this kind of service, i doubt that i will be a client for longer.
