Unable to update profile online

Telkom as an communications supplier is unable to update one's profile online despite getting all my communications and accounts from them by email

After wading through the cumbersome 10210 call center the operator informed me that if I want to change my profile I must go in person to a Telkom Direct shop as they are the only people that can do it. The operator confirmed, it can not be done online, by email or by letter in the post. I must go in person to have it changed.

Randburg Telkom online shop is notorious for being slow and I can't afford the hours wasted in queue just for a small profile change!
