Is Telkom Simple that Hard to Delive

Dear Telkom,
I have ordered a Telkom Simple connection and received an order number on 11 April 2013. Over four months later and no delivery. I was even told that my line will be delivered and I must be at home (all day appointment). So I call the call centre and they say "please be available, the technician will be in contact with you today." Technician calls late afternoon to say "cannot deliver the line as it was issued on the wrong exchange." Was a waste of a day's leave. Since then, I have had a few calls trying to find out my address but to date no installation and no further information. I am left wondering if I will ever get a line from Telkom, BUT I have no other choice for a fixed line ADSL.

My question to Telkom is why aggressively advertise (in Sunday papers, on 94.7 etc)? Deliver first and then advertise or don't bother wasting your money advertising if you cannot deliver a product. I want you to provide a service and you cannot! How insane does that sound?
