Still No Service - Don't bother with this company

So late last year I moved into a new house, I need uncapped internet as I often work from home. I decided to take the MWEB 6 for 4 month special. I spoke to both Telkom and MWEB and both assured me that the line is ADSL ready.
Telkom assured me the line would be installed on 3 January. On the 4th of January a technician arrived, looked at the box and promptly left. Over a week later and about 6 phone calls to Telkom and 2 daily sms from them telling me it was being installed that day I finally phoned and requested a different technician. They sent one a few days later, he put the cable in but said he needs to go activate it at the main box. Now almost a week later, another 6 phone calls, a further 12 sms from Telkom telling me each day it is being installed that day I still have no service. They phoned me today and said a technician will be sent tomorrow.

The 13th time I have been told that my line will be installed tomorrow. I am now attempting to get hold of MWEB so I can sort things out to hopefully cancel contract, cancel telkom and move to another provider.

There is a reason that Telkom are losing all their clients! and not getting new clients.
