ADSL line not getting repaired

A Telkom technician accidentally disconnected my ADSL line while working on another line in my street. This happened on 2013-10-22 at 15:00:30. This is the exact time that my line was sidconnected from the ADSL port.
I logged a call on 2013-10-23 since the Telkom service desk did not bother answering their phones on the 22nd of October.

To this day my line is still dead. I am getting no updates of any kind from Telkom. When I phone them I am usually on hold for between 15 and 30 minutes after which a service desk agent talks down to me and is unable to provide me with any update of any kind.

Initially they would have fixed it on Thursday. Then they told me it would take three days to repair and would be fixed by the end of Saturday. On Monday they could not give me any time estimate or any details on what the problem was.

I have escalated 3 times already and still have not received one phone call from Telkom.
Obviously they are making enough money and do not need me as a customer anymore. That is the only reason I kind think of for their utter disregard.
