UNACCEPTABLE!!!

AT THIS STAGE I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW TO RESOLVE THIS. I WANT TO DOWNGRADE MY ACCOUNT BUT THE ACCOUNT IS ON MY DADS NAME. HE IS AT THIS STAGE MEDICALLY NOT CAPABLE TO CHANGE ANY DETAILS ON THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT HE HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ALZHEIMERS. THE CALL CENTER HAVE CALLED ME BACK AT LEAST 8 TIMES, EVERY SINGLE TIME ITS LIKE THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE HEARD OF MY COMPLAINT.

IF I HAVE TO HEAR ONE MORE TIME THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME BACK WITH A WAY TO RESOLVE THIS I WILL CRACK!!!
