Vodacom wins 1st price for bad service

At the beginning of feb I started experiencing network coverage problems. After numerous calls to vodacom (they never called me back as promised) i cancelled my contract with them. They said I will be getting a refund of R99 x 6 as It was their mistake. On the 7 th of march a lady phoned me to say that my contract was successfully canceled and they will give me the refund within 7-14 days. After 14 days i phoned again as i have not received anything. The lady i spoke to said i can expect the money by the 26/03. She refused to give me a reference number for the call. Im still waiting for the money and have been on hold for 30 mins now on the number 0821958. I will be suing vodacom if I do not receive my money by the end of today!!!
