Cell C Does Not provide ANY SERVICE

After having spent hours and hours on the phone to Cell C call center since the 20th January 2013 trying to upgrade our cell phone account we are still no further in knowing if the account has or has not been upgraded. Their call center is pathetic to say the least. Every time I phone I waite for at lease 15 to 20 minutes before going through to a consultant. I can not get through to a manager and when I do reach a consultant I need to spend another 5 minutes asking "verifying questions". This would be find under normal circumstances but when you need to phone 20 time to get know where 5 min X 20 is a long time wasted. Then when they do hear the query they either cut you off or say they cannot hear me. I have no idea how they are still in business
