No Feedback on debit orde

I was informed about 3-4 months ago by Cartrack that my account was in arrears. My account is debited for this service every month and after informing Cartrack of my new banking details via email which was acknowledged by their account department. After inquiring how it was possible that the debit orders have not gone through I was told that someone would get back to me. I heard nothing until the following month when I was told again that my account was not paid.

Since then I have for months tried to speak to someone, a manager or anyone to actually tell me what the problem is. I get given the run around and not a single person has the decency to phone me back to resolve the matter. They can take the time to send me a threatening sms about legal action but my efforts to resolve and find out what the problem is go unattended.

Surely there must be a manager who I can talk to but I have had no luck. Only a woman named Sally who is consistently rude and will not hear me out or try to help me. I have no clue as to who can help me with this as I followed the correct channels, informed them of my change in details which was acknowledged in an email.

What more must I do?
