Discovery does not stick to turn-around-times

Since August/September last year - I've been submitting invoices to discovery that I had to pay myself and they need to refund me. I am on a medical plan that costs me about R3200 for a SINGLE person a month. First - the turn-around-time was communicated as 2 business days. Then... Couple of calls later - I heard 4 business days. Today - I heard 3-5 business days. I asked on several occations to provide me with a document that states their turn-around time, yet... They cannot give it to me as I can then "Hold it against them". The excuse since August last year remains... We have a back-log. This back-log is not 6 months (if not longer)... Do you not see it is a problem. Hire people, sort it out - make a plan!!! If I hear one more person saying "I'm sorry" from Discovery I'm going to flip! "I'm sorry" doesn't solve my problem! "I'm sorry doesn't get my money back in my account quicker. "I'm sorry" doesn't resolve your back-log! "I'm sorry" does not ensure that this does not happen again. "I'm sorry" doesn't ensure that I don't get ticked off more and more every time I speak to Discovery. I even said I'll recomend somebody to help them to resolve. Yet - I'm angry again!
