Nedbank
Just some assistance please

Good day, I can't mark this as a complaint because the problem is between Nedbank and ABSA, and to blame either at this stage would be unfair. I was hoping someone in Nedbank management can assist me, hence my action of turning to Hellopeter. I use to have a Nedbank cheque account, that I closed in the latter of 2012. A friend, by mistake, transferred R 2500 to that closed account in February. I called the Nedbank Estcourt branch immediately, and they confirmed that the account was indeed closed and that the funds will be returned to the creditor in a few days time, that was two months ago. Myself and the creditor have been to both Nedbank and ABSA in Estcourt. Peter jut blames Paul at this stage and we have no resolve. Can you please assist in any way?
