Still Waiting for Cancellation Confirmation

You guys are confused indeed i do not understand how you handle queries, i sent out an email to [Email Removed] cancelling my membership. I did mention my reasons for cancelling since i was going to be away from Durban for the remainder of the year. I sent out an email, i received a call after requesting my I.D Number from one of the guys telling me he can help with the cancellation since i was away. Now i am shock by the number of calls from creditworx that says i owe R2500. Kindly note i will not pay that amount mentioned i can only pay for one month even though i sent out the email on 27th of June 2012 on time.
