Overcharging and not keeping promises

When I joined discovery and vitality I thought it would be a good idea to signup for virgin active.

I went to visit them and signed my contract, they confirmed that my payment each month would be 200 something seeing that I am on vitality and that it is a national card, gave me a voucher for personal trainers ect.

The sales person said that he will give me a Adidas sweat towel as well which he never did and have been avoiding me ever since. Today I realized virgin active made a debit order of 570, I then went into my bank account and saw that that;s what they have been charging for the past couple of months! This is HIGHLY unacceptable and totally illegal!

I WILL be cancelling this, and want my money back!
