Complaint w.r.t. cancellation of membership

On the 24 of April 2012 I closed my Plant Fitness membership at the Coble Walk Gym. I followed the correct procedure by paying the cancellation fee and sending the proof of payment, a copy of my ID and marriage certificate to both the Planet Fitness Gym at Coble Walk as well as to their cancellations email address. I also requested that Planet Fitness send me proof of my cancellation, that I unfortunately have still not received. I was contacted by Saya Recoveries because subsequent to cancelling my membership, Plant Fitness continued to deduct the debit orders from my account from September 2012 - January 2014. However, after enquiring with Saya Recoveries it was confirmed that the required cancellation fee that I paid is reflected on my account at Planet Fitness. I have also contacted my own bank to see if it is possible to cancel the debit orders with them, but this is unfortunately not possible. I do not know which other steps to follow to finalise the cancellation of my account and or who to contact for the reimbursements for the wrongful deductions. This whole experience with Planet Fitness has been very frustrating and tiresome.
