Line keeps dropping when I want to cancel policy

I am Matthew Bartlett. I have tried cancelling this policy a few times. I no longer live in SOuth Africa so therefore:
- I have no need for your insurance as I have no car to insure BECAUSE I LIVE OVERSEAS!!!
- I have no SA cell number - I am abroad and you can only contact me on this number: 66863725370 or via my email address attached to my account so stop telling me I am not calling from my registered number!!!
- I no longer have an ABSA account for you to debit so you will therefore not receive any money

Kindly cancel my policy. I do not want a requote, I do not want you to "not lose me as a customer" - just cancel the policy effective immediately. I have sent 3 emails to [Email Removed] and have received no response. I can't find any other email address to send my cancellation email to.

You are very quick to take me on as a customer but make it impossible to cancel the service. As this is a prepaid service, so I have no real obligation to pay you anything if I don't want to be insured for February, kindly note that I consider my policy cancelled and either a response or silence means you accept this cancellation.
