We do Time Travel, but not delivery, do we?

Bought/immediately paid for- a mattress with a 10-14 day delivery time online on 28 March- 4 weeks ago. No communication. Wrong numbers on website, no answer from email. Disinterested people if you find one. When eventually tracked down the CSA responsible, all I get is constant fobbing off. One time its 'waiting on delivery from warehouse'. 4 days later, however, 'the warehouse is waiting on stock' [Timetravel? Dr Who? Tokoloshe? Neat trick, anyway]. They'll always phone me back, of course- so long as they don't actually have to DO that.

I want- no, demand- the product I've paid for. I'd also like a discount and a written apology from the utterly hopeless and pathetic company that thinks sitting with a chunk of change its yet to earn and ignoring their customer is acceptable, or some other indication they actually understand customer service 101 at all. I'll settle for my purchase delivered NOW with no further bs and incompetence. And thats NOW as in right now, not your timetravel-time when things are being delivered before they arrive. And an apology for this miserable attempt. You've disgusted me with your incompetence. Answer your emails! Deliver your goods!
