Order placed but not delivered

I ordered a dvd and a colouring book off the website on the 18 Nov. The website indicated a 1 day delivery time for the dvd and a 5 day deliver time for the book, this would have meant that the goods would be delivered by the 25th. My son's birthday was yesterday (26 Nov) and nothing was delivered on time.
The colouring in book was sent to a post office 20km away, and the dvd is still in a warehouse somewhere. I have made 5 phone calls and sent e-mails but still no goods. My son is upset.
Of all the people that i have talked to on their help line, they all seem to indicate that as a customer i need to understand this and that, and i get the feeling that they think the solution is just for me to be patient. They don't bother to get an understanding of the situation or try and resolve it. The dvd was at the warehouse on the 20 Nov and it is still there today and they have no idea when it will be dispatched. I have begged them to send it to me, but 3 people have told me that it is in the warehouse - but no action.
I wont buy from them again, and will tell everyone of my experience. I just want what I ordered, and I dont want to wait anymore.
