Incomplete delivery of goods!

I purchased 2 bedroom suites with a clear instruction that the goods would be delivered on Saturday, 30 March. On Monday, 25 March, I received a call from the warehouse stating that the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday morning, 27 March. This then spiraled into a back and forth telephone calls between the store and the warehouse - I always had to call them as none of them would return my calls as promised. Eventually on Friday, 29 March late afternoon, I received a call from the delivery people saying that they are at my house. They only delivered one of the bedroom suites & a mattress. It is now the 4 April, I still have not received any communication (either from the store or the warehouse) regarding the undelivered items. I have called both throughout the day (including head office customer care line). Needless to say, no-one bothers to pick up their lines!!! Never have I had such a bad shopping experience, that started with promoting sales of items that were on promo and only to be told after completing the transaction, that the store did not have any vouchers offered!!! At this point, I'd like the company to collect what has been delivered and reverse the transaction!!!
