Not delivered as promised

I placed an order on the 20th March 2013 and received a call shortly there after from the warehouse telling me that the single bed mattress will take two weeks to deliver, but they will go ahead a deliver the queen mattress and I can expect delivery either Friday the 22nd or Monday the 25th.

After that I phoned numerous times trying to find out when my order will delivered, but without any success. Every time a helpful lady picks up and said that she will get dispatch to call me back, but they never do.

Pathetic service.

It is now the 4th of April and still no answer from them.
