[URL Removed] extremely poor service

After ordering 2 Cellular repeaters from [URL Removed] they promised a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. the order was placed with them on 4 Dec 2013. The Sales manager Peter Hoyer informed me they opened a new warehouse in Johannesburg and this is the delay in my delivery. the next issue came up... they accidentally delivered my package to another customer, i received a mail from Peter Hoyer that they are on the issue and they are just waiting for the customer to return the goods they will then deliver it immediately to me. until today after numerous E-Mails sent still nothing, no response from them, i tried calling the phone number on the website but no answer, just an answering service informing you they are unable to take your call right now! I lost R14 000 in this exercise! if anyone can tell me where to find these people i'll be very happy to go and collect my money and or my product!
