On 3rd February we ordered and paid R27 300.00 upfront for 5 beds to be delivered to Plettenberg Bay, Delivery was promised within 3 weeks. After 6 weeks and numerous phone calls and follow ups on our behalf only three correct mattresses were received. One mattress was the incorrect length, one bed was incorrectly delivered to East London and all of the bases arrived at the PE warehouse damaged. We were then given loan bases. After nearly 8 weeks we had still not received our correct & complete order so we cancelled the order with Dial-a-Bed Fourways on the 22nd of March. I requested a refund and was told it would take a few days but they needed to collect the beds first. This took 10 days to collect them and as yet I haven't received the refund into my account on the 5th of April. This is pathetic service especially when their advertising states delivery within 2 weeks and when their job is to sell only beds and they can't even get that right! The customer helpline on the website doesn't exist either. We sent an email to the regional manager (Jacqui) and never even received a written reply when we specifically requested it. Dial-a-Bed is pathetic!
