WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER

An endless comedy of errors. No after sales service. No customer care. Items purchased not delivered. Promises of delivery on numerous days did not materialise. No apologies. No phone calls with explanations. Finally my delivery (mattress protector which should have been delivered 2 weeks ago with my king size bed) finally was delivered, only to be the wrong size. And this was after many complaints. Numerous calls to customer service department. Nothing resolved. Excuses..excuses... excuses. What should have been a positive and pleasant experience (it's not everyday or year you buy a new bed), has turned out to be a nightmare - I regret choosing Dial a Bed and will NEVER do so again. Total incompetence! My bed was delivered on 24 June - today is 13 July and still no delivery of my mattress protector.. And when you turn to Customer Service Head Office for a result and they can't even get one, shows the level of incompetence, lack of care and lack of resolve to achieve customer satisfaction. I was promised delivery for about the 5th time on Thursday after 4pm and surprise surprise -3 days later I am still waiting (yet again)!
