Poor service, no communication

I ordered a chest of drawers on the 24th January 2013 and send the proof of payment shorty after that.

I was called my Amanda and told that she received by order and proof and payment and that there is no stock and they will receive stock by the end of the week. On Thursday I was phoned my someone to confirm they will deliver the chest on the Saturday 2nd February. On the 1st I was called to say the chest was damaged and they can't send it. After numerous phone calls and promises I phoned the call centre and submitted a complaint. I then phoned Amanda last after this call and she told me that there is a truck that left that morning with stock. Shortly after this the call centre called me and said that they are out of stock and they don't know when they will receive stock. I told them Amanda said there is a truck on the way to Cape Town and they said they don't know anything about this. I have not heard anything from them and phoned Amanda on Monday morning and she said she will get back to me which never happened. I phoned today and was transferred to someone else telling me there is no stock. This is pathetic!!
